Purple Innovation, Inc. lowered its 2026 adjusted EBITDA forecast to $15 million to $20 million while holding its revenue forecast steady as wholesale remained weak.

The company cut both ends of its adjusted EBITDA range by $5 million, from $20 million to $25 million. Purple attributed the reduction to continued volume deleverage in manufacturing. Its revenue forecast remains $420 million to $440 million.

Purple’s direct-to-consumer business showed signs of improvement as the third quarter progressed. Wholesale remained weak, particularly among regional and independent retail partners. The company is accelerating product launches and efforts to reengage retailers, but expects wholesale pressure to continue.

Purple also outlined plans for 60 showrooms.

The company has debt coming due within six months. Management is discussing options with lenders, while a special committee evaluates strategic alternatives.
