Amazon Web Services (AWS) recorded a $7.6 billion free cash flow deficit in its latest quarter, the cloud unit’s first negative result on that measure since 2023, as Amazon expands AI infrastructure.

An AWS delivery schedule called for about $5 billion in Nvidia GB300 server racks in Aug. 2026, followed by deliveries worth roughly $3 billion each month. TokenPost previously covered AWS’s rack-delivery plan.

AWS and Nvidia have also outlined a plan for an additional two million GPUs across AWS infrastructure in 2027 and 2028. It builds on AWS’s earlier plan to add more than one million GPUs starting in 2026.
