Kinetik Holdings Inc. plans to handle roughly 2.2 billion cubic feet of gas per day in the final quarter of 2026, while projecting adjusted EBITDA near the upper end of its full-year guidance range.

CEO Jamie Welch said third-quarter results were supported by “record processed gas volumes, strong system performance and improving producer activity.” He also pointed to easing price-related curtailments.

For the full year, Kinetik expects capital expenditures to come in about 5% below its approximately $560 million guidance. The company also expects its integrated system to reach full utilization by the end of 2027.
