Opendoor Q3 Revenue Climbs 12% to $1.02 Billion but Misses Forecasts

Revenue came in $30 million below estimates. The GAAP loss was $0.23 per share, missing estimates by $0.06.

Opendoor Technologies Inc. posted $1.022 billion in third-quarter revenue, up 12% from a year earlier, but the total missed estimates by $30 million and GAAP earnings per share came in below expectations.

Revenue was higher than the $915 million recorded in the third quarter of 2025 and the $883 million in the second quarter of 2026. The latest total marked a 16% increase from the prior quarter.

Opendoor had a GAAP loss of $0.23 per share, missing estimates by $0.06.
