BeOne Medicines AG raised its 2026 revenue projection to $6.9 billion to $7 billion, with third-quarter sales at $1.4 billion and a tacabrutideg filing now targeted for mid-2027.

Sales in the third quarter were up 34% from the year-earlier period. U.S. sales of BRUKINSA exceeded $1 billion during the quarter. The Food and Drug Administration granted BRUKINSA priority review for treatment-naive mantle cell lymphoma.

BeOne is aiming to submit an accelerated-approval application for tacabrutideg in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) around mid-2027. The treatment is intended for relapsed or refractory CLL. The timetable follows an FDA request for additional follow-up.

For periods beyond 2026, management highlighted biosimilar competition for XGEVA and the possibility that XGEVA and Kyprolis could be included in value-based purchasing. Management also said higher manufacturer liability under Medicare Part D could be a flat to modest headwind next year.
