Zevia PBC raised its 2026 net sales outlook to $177 million to $179 million, while third-quarter growth and a completed equity investment add context to its plans for new products and broader distribution.

Third-quarter net sales were $48.3 million, up 18.4% from a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA loss came to $900,000. For 2026, the company expects adjusted EBITDA to range from break-even to a loss of $400,000.

Zevia plans to bring two or three products to market in the second half of 2027. GP Investments' $20 million equity investment in Zevia has closed, following an earlier $20 million investment agreement. After the investment, cash on hand is expected to total about $50 million. Management plans to use the capital to support marketing, product launches, distribution expansion and development of new product families.

The outlook factors in higher aluminum and fuel costs. Fourth-quarter guidance also reflects the possibility of changes in retailer shipment and inventory timing.
