Arcturus Therapeutics Narrows Q3 Net Loss to $7.4 Million
The company recorded a $0.26 GAAP loss per share. Collaboration revenue rose to $16.9 million, while grant revenue fell to $1.4 million.

Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: ARCT) narrowed its third-quarter net loss to $7.4 million as revenue climbed 6.7% year over year, with collaboration income offsetting lower grant revenue.
For the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, revenue was $18.297 million, up from $17.151 million a year earlier. Net loss was $7.414 million, compared with $13.448 million in the year-earlier quarter. The company recorded a GAAP loss of $0.26 per share.
Collaboration revenue increased to $16.9 million from $14.2 million, while grant revenue fell to $1.4 million from $3 million. Revenue growth primarily reflected a $12 million termination payment and recognition of remaining deferred revenue after the company’s CSL Seqirus collaboration ended. Lower grant revenue partly offset those increases.
