AMN Healthcare Services Inc. recorded third-quarter revenue of $717.3 million, up 13% from a year earlier, while adjusted diluted earnings per share reached $1.16 and exceeded company guidance.

Adjusted, non-GAAP diluted earnings per share were $1.16, compared with $0.39 a year earlier. GAAP diluted earnings per share were $0.83. Revenue and adjusted EPS exceeded the company’s guidance.

Nurse and Allied Solutions revenue climbed 27% to $460 million. Physician and Leadership Solutions revenue declined 4% to $171 million, while Technology and Workforce Solutions revenue fell 9% to $86 million.

Labor disruptions contributed $59 million in third-quarter revenue, up from $12 million in the same quarter last year. A reserve release related to labor disruptions also helped drive results above guidance. Cary Grace, AMN’s president and CEO, said, “We are encouraged by the continued growth in nursing and allied staffing.”

AMN forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $655 million to $670 million, which would be 10% to 12% below the year-earlier quarter. AMN’s Q4 projection includes $5 million from labor disruptions, versus $124 million in the comparable 2025 quarter.
