PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PAR) posted third-quarter non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.26, topping the implied estimate by 4 cents as revenue and recurring revenue grew year over year.
Revenue reached $137.1 million, up 15% from a year earlier and $7.31 million above estimates.
Annual recurring revenue totaled $354.5 million, an 18.1% year-over-year increase. PAR had 174,400 active sites as of Sept. 30, 2026.
