The company raised its 2026 normalized FFO guidance from $2.15-$2.19 to $2.23-$2.26 per diluted share. The $2.23-$2.26 range matches the one in its 2026 outlook. Nareit FFO guidance increased from $2.04-$2.08 to $2.13-$2.16.
