James Hardie Industries plc posted $1.56 billion in revenue for its second quarter, up 20% from a year earlier. Revenue exceeded estimates by $120 million, while non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.42 topped estimates by 5 cents.
The company’s third-quarter guidance assumptions put net sales for its Siding & Trim business at $758 million to $800 million.
