Entravision Communications Corporation posted $226.3 million in third-quarter revenue, up 88% year over year, as its advertising technology business more than doubled sales and the company returned to profit.
For the three months ended Sept. 30, 2026, revenue was $226.3 million, compared with $120.6 million in the same quarter of 2025. Net income attributable to common stockholders was $19 million, reversing a $9.7 million loss. Diluted earnings were $0.18 per share, compared with a loss of $0.11 per share a year earlier.
Advertising Technology & Services generated $177.2 million in revenue, up 133% from $76.1 million a year earlier. The segment includes Smadex and Adwake. Entravision said it had more active advertisers each month and earned more revenue per advertiser, crediting AI platform investments and expanded sales capacity.
Media revenue rose 10% to $49.1 million from $44.5 million. Higher broadcast advertising, primarily political advertising, and retransmission fees contributed to the increase. Lower revenue from spectrum usage rights partly offset those gains.
Entravision operates two reporting segments. Media covers television, radio and digital marketing, while Advertising Technology & Services includes its advertising technology businesses. The quarter’s revenue increase was concentrated in the latter segment, which accounted for most of the company’s reported sales.
As of Sept. 30, cash and cash equivalents plus marketable securities totaled $89.7 million. Long-term debt and current maturities of long-term debt totaled $152.3 million on the same date.
