Third-quarter revenue returned to year-over-year growth at $84.7 million, while gross margin was 34.9%.

Turtle Beach Corporation (TBCH) maintained its 2026 financial outlook as retailer orders shifted into the fourth quarter, a period management said must deliver a substantial contribution to meet the annual targets.
The company kept its revenue forecast at $335 million to $355 million and its adjusted EBITDA outlook at $44 million to $48 million. Management said the fourth quarter needs to provide a substantial contribution for Turtle Beach to meet that guidance.
Third-quarter revenue was $84.7 million, returning to year-over-year growth. Gross margin was 34.9%.
Management pointed to holiday replenishment, new products, major game releases, accelerating October orders and improving sell-through as factors supporting the fourth-quarter outlook. Retailer order timing and holiday demand remain key variables.
Product mix and higher promotional, tariff, freight and fuel costs weighed on third-quarter gross margin. For the fourth quarter, management expects a more typical holiday promotion environment and said gross margin could be around last year's level.
