Sempra Expects Oncor's 2027-2031 Plan to Grow 20% From $47.5 Billion
Sempra also expects 2026 adjusted earnings per share near the top of its $4.80 to $5.30 range and retained a 7% to 9% long-term EPS growth outlook.

Sempra expects Oncor’s 2027-2031 base capital plan to grow about 20% beyond its existing $47.5 billion plan, while guiding 2026 adjusted earnings per share (EPS) toward the upper end of its $4.80 to $5.30 range.
The company maintained its long-term EPS growth outlook at 7% to 9%. Adjusted EPS is a per-share earnings measure calculated using a company’s non-GAAP methodology.
Sempra projected that its California earnings could be near the low end of 2027 guidance if an attrition-rate issue involving the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) is not corrected. The company characterized the potential effect as limited to 2027.
Sempra also expected the sale of a 45% stake in SI Partners to close within two weeks. The proceeds would help reduce debt and risk while supporting Sempra’s broader funding plan.
