BRC Group Holdings, Inc. plans to redeem $164 million of senior notes due in December 2026, while management expects its Sangoma deal to contribute $35 million to $40 million in EBITDA, including synergies.

Management expects proceeds from the sale of GA Group, operating cash flow, carried-interest realizations and other anticipated sources to fund both the transaction and the redemption. It expects the funding plan to avoid liquidating long-term investments amid market dislocation.

Management also said the deal could support $75 million to $80 million in additional cash flows in 2027 and 2028.
