Binance will distribute dividends to holders of four bStocks tokens in November, with eligibility snapshots scheduled on three dates for tokens tied to IBM, Apple, Corning and Eli Lilly.

The IBMB snapshot is set for 7 p.m. ET Monday, Nov. 9 (00:00 UTC Nov. 10). AAPLB holders will be counted at 7 p.m. ET Wednesday, Nov. 11 (00:00 UTC Nov. 12), while GLWB and LLYB share a snapshot at 7 p.m. ET Thursday, Nov. 12 (00:00 UTC Nov. 13). The tokens correspond to IBM, Apple, Corning and Eli Lilly, respectively.

After withholding taxes, fees, costs and other deductions, the net cash dividend will be reinvested in whole or fractional units of the same underlying security. Holders will receive the distribution in bStocks tokens. Those holding the tokens on-chain will receive it through an adjustment to the token multiplier.

bStocks represent an interest in related securities held by the issuer, but do not give holders direct ownership of the companies’ shares.
