Artivion, a cardiac and vascular surgery company, narrowed its 2026 revenue outlook after third-quarter revenue rose 9%, as it prepares for a planned January 2027 U.S. launch of its NEXUS aortic-arch stent-graft system.

The company’s 2026 revenue range is now $484 million to $492 million, compared with its previous range of $480 million to $496 million. The lower end rose and the upper end fell, leaving the midpoint unchanged.

The revised range represents expected growth of 8% to 10% over 2025 adjusted revenue on an adjusted constant-currency basis. The previous outlook called for growth of 7% to 11%. Artivion’s forecast assumes currency will add about 1 percentage point to reported full-year revenue. Its adjusted 2025 revenue excludes a $2.3 million reserve for an estimated repayment to the Italian government.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, revenue was $123.8 million, up from $113.4 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA fell 8% to $22.5 million from $24.6 million.

Artivion also narrowed its 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook to $93 million to $98 million from $92 million to $99 million. The forecast includes about $8 million in 2026 expenses tied to the Endospan acquisition, which closed in May 2026.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the NEXUS system on April 2, 2026. Artivion plans to hold its first surgeon-training event in December 2026 ahead of the planned U.S. launch.

“Preparations for the U.S. commercial launch of NEXUS in January 2027 are progressing well,” Artivion Chairman, President and CEO Pat Mackin said.
