Eton Pharmaceuticals now projects revenue above $175 million for 2026 and an adjusted EBITDA margin exceeding 40%. It is targeting an April 2027 launch for LIBERVANT.

The company recorded third-quarter 2026 revenue of $57.9 million, up 158% year over year. “It was another outstanding quarter for Eton with record revenue, significant margin expansion and strong cash flow generation,” President, CEO and Director Sean Brynjelsen said.

LIBERVANT is a diazepam buccal film for treating seizures. Eton's exclusive license agreement with Aquestive Therapeutics covers the drug. The planned launch depends on final FDA approval and resolution of applicable exclusivity restrictions.
