TransMedics Sets 2026 Revenue Guidance at $764 Million to $774 Million Including PAD

TransMedics Group, Inc. set its 2026 revenue guidance at $764 million to $774 million, a range that includes approximately $14 million from PAD Aviation. The company’s separate forecast excluding PAD Aviation is $750 million to $760 million.

That comparable range was previously $737 million to $757 million. The new forecast raises its lower end by $13 million and its upper end by $3 million.

“The third quarter of 2026 was the strongest in TransMedics’ history for both revenue and case volume,” Waleed Hassanein, MD, president and CEO, said.
