Binance scheduled a new round of withdrawals for selected crypto assets to begin at 11 p.m. ET Nov. 5 (04:00 UTC Nov. 6), extending access during its recovery from a security incident. The schedule appeared in the exchange's ninth recovery update.

The listed assets are USDE, PENDLE, ZRO, XRP and CAKE, across BSC, Base, Ethereum, Optimism, Polygon and Arbitrum. Withdrawals will reopen in stages after security checks, so not all listed assets will be available at once. Deposits remained available during the withdrawal restoration.

Binance said it prioritized the recovery schedule based on user demand over the previous week. It plans to add other assets when conditions are met and checks are complete. Some users may face temporary delays or longer processing times as the phased restoration continues. If a withdrawal fails, users can try again after waiting briefly. This marks another step in restoring Binance's withdrawal services after the incident.
