Moelis Declares $0.65 Quarterly Dividend Payable Dec. 17

Moelis & Company declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share on Nov. 5, with payment scheduled for Dec. 17 to Class A common stockholders of record Nov. 16.

The amount matches the dividend Moelis declared in July, which was payable Sept. 17 to shareholders of record Aug. 10.

For the quarter ended Sept. 30, Moelis reported revenue of $425.6 million, compared with $356.9 million a year earlier. Net income was $66.6 million, or $0.74 per diluted share. At quarter-end, the company had $658.7 million in cash and short-term investments and no funded debt.
