Surf Air Mobility Inc. raised its expected 2026 adjusted EBITDA loss to $32 million to $35 million, up from its previous range of $25 million to $30 million, while keeping its annual revenue guidance unchanged.

The company expects fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $36.4 million to $46.4 million and an adjusted EBITDA loss of $2.4 million to $5.4 million. Its full-year revenue outlook remains $128 million to $138 million.
