PAR Technology Raises 2026 Adjusted EBITDA Outlook to $57.9 Million-$59.4 Million
PAR also lifted its full-year revenue forecast and projected fourth-quarter revenue of $138 million to $142 million, with adjusted EBITDA of $17.5 million to $19 million.

PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE: PAR) raised its fiscal 2026 adjusted EBITDA outlook after third-quarter revenue grew 15%, lifting its full-year targets and setting fourth-quarter forecasts for revenue and adjusted EBITDA.
PAR’s revised fiscal 2026 revenue range is $532.5 million to $536.5 million, up from the earlier $516 million to $523 million estimate. Its adjusted EBITDA forecast increased to $57.9 million to $59.4 million from $50 million to $53 million. The updated ranges set higher targets for both annual revenue and adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization.
For the fourth quarter ending Dec. 31, 2026, PAR projected revenue of $138 million to $142 million and adjusted EBITDA of $17.5 million to $19 million. The quarterly forecast covers the final three months of the fiscal year.
PAR announced the outlook update on Nov. 5 alongside results for the quarter ended Sept. 30. Revenue was $137.1 million, up 15% from $119.2 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA rose to $17.1 million from $5.8 million in the year-earlier quarter.
The company’s GAAP net loss from continuing operations narrowed to $9 million from $18.2 million a year earlier. PAR provides software, hardware and services for restaurant and hospitality operations.
PAR Technology CEO Savneet Singh said, “We exited the quarter with strong momentum across the business.”
Adjusted EBITDA is a non-GAAP measure that modifies earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization with specified adjustments. PAR said it could not provide a forward-looking net loss figure, or reconcile adjusted EBITDA to that GAAP measure, without unreasonable effort because some required inputs are unknown or cannot be reasonably predicted. The company cautioned that actual results could differ materially from its forecasts.
The fourth quarter ends Dec. 31, 2026.
