iRhythm Holdings, Inc. raised its 2026 revenue outlook to $890 million to $895 million and expects to file its Zio MCT submission with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 2027.

Third-quarter revenue was $221.6 million, up nearly 15% from a year earlier. President and CEO Quentin Blackford said the core Zio Monitor business outperformed expectations and Zio AT revenue was roughly flat year over year.

iRhythm no longer plans to submit Zio MCT later in 2026. The company expects Zio AT revenue to decline about 10% in the fourth quarter. It also expects customer onboarding delays to persist in the near term.

The company reiterated its target for an adjusted EBITDA margin of at least 15% in 2027.
