Profound Medical Projects 2026 Revenue of at Least $25 Million

Profound Medical Corp. projects at least $25 million in 2026 revenue and a gross margin of 70% or higher, while preparing for increased Medicare reimbursement and a new Cook Medical distribution channel. Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30, 2026, was approximately $9.8 million.

The company expects the effects of increased Medicare reimbursement for the TULSA Procedure across treatment settings to begin appearing in the second half of 2027. The reimbursement change is associated with a final rule from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

The Cook Medical distribution channel is expected to ramp in 2027.

Based on its current operating plans, Profound Medical expects existing cash and sales of products and services to fund operating and capital needs for at least 12 months. The company remains open to evaluating financing opportunities.
