Allient Plans Up to $15 Million in FY2026 CapEx as Backlog Hits Record
The backlog reached $351.5 million, and Allient expects most of it to convert within six to 12 months as demand exceeded current capacity.

Allient Inc. plans to spend $12 million to $15 million on capital projects in fiscal 2026 as it works through a record $351.5 million backlog, with most expected to convert within six to 12 months.
Third-quarter revenue rose 18% to $164.4 million, and gross margin increased 330 basis points to a record 36.6%. Chairman, CEO and President Richard Warzala said, “We delivered record revenue, record margins and record orders. It was a breakout quarter across both the P&L and the order book.”
Management credited most of the margin improvement to product mix and also cited better operating leverage as operations moved beyond breakeven points. Management said demand exceeded current capacity.
Orders customers placed earlier to reserve materials raised inventory and weighed on cash flow. Allient plans to invest in long-lead components and capacity expansion, including in Mexico, while tracking project timing constraints.
