IBEX Lifts Fiscal 2027 Revenue Outlook to $720 Million-$735 Million
IBEX secured four AI-agent deals after quarter-end and expects adjusted EBITDA margin to improve 50 to 70 basis points in fiscal 2027.

IBEX Limited lifted its fiscal 2027 revenue outlook to $720 million to $735 million, extending expectations after a record first quarter and four new AI-agent deals secured after quarter-end.
Revenue rose 16% to a record $175.2 million in the quarter ended Sept. 30. Adjusted EBITDA also set a record at $25.2 million, or 14.4% of revenue. TokenPost covered the first-quarter results earlier.
IBEX added four traditional business-process outsourcing customers during the quarter. After the quarter ended, it secured four AI-agent deals. Revenue from AI agents adds to revenue from human agents, and AI helps IBEX win client share.
The company also expects to take over a competitor’s traditional customer experience work handled by human agents. Its fiscal 2027 guidance implies 50 to 70 basis points of adjusted EBITDA margin improvement, with year-over-year improvement expected in each quarter.
