Dream Office Real Estate Investment Trust (DRETF) posted diluted funds from operations (FFO) of C$0.62 per unit in the third quarter, while net rental income rose from a year earlier.

Net rental income totaled C$24.99 million, up from C$24.6 million in Q3 2025.
