Strawberry Fields REIT, Inc. (NYSE: STRW) posted third-quarter funds from operations (FFO) of $0.34, 4 cents below estimates, as revenue rose 0.7% year over year to $40 million.

Revenue came in $330,000 below estimates. The reported FFO figure was also below estimates.
