Badger Infrastructure Solutions Ltd. posted third-quarter revenue of $286.5 million, up 20.7% from a year earlier, alongside an adjusted EBITDA increase and non-GAAP earnings per share of $0.96.

Adjusted EBITDA reached $83.4 million, up 25% from $66.8 million in the third quarter of 2025.
