Chartwell’s Q3 2026 Funds From Operations Rise 38% Year Over Year

Chartwell Retirement Residences’ funds from operations rose C$27.8 million, or 38%, in Q3 2026 compared with Q3 2025. Funds from operations per unit increased C$0.06, a 25% year-over-year gain.

Property revenue increased C$45.9 million, or 16.7%, over the same period.
