Westrock Coffee Company Q3 Sales Fall 15.4% to $300.2 Million
Net loss narrowed to $9.976 million, and Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA rose 14% to $26.4 million as the company maintained its 2026 Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA outlook.

Westrock Coffee Company’s third-quarter sales fell 15.4% to $300.2 million, while its net loss narrowed and adjusted EBITDA grew; the company maintained its 2026 Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA outlook.
For the quarter ended Sept. 30, net sales were down from $354.825 million a year earlier. The company recorded a net loss of $9.976 million, compared with $19.103 million in the year-earlier quarter. Basic and diluted loss per share were each $0.10, versus $0.20.
Westrock attributed the sales decline mainly to $26.1 million in tariff refunds expected to be passed through to customers and lower average green coffee prices. Gross profit edged up to $41.481 million from $41.402 million.
Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, increased 14% to $26.4 million from $23.2 million. CEO and co-founder Scott T. Ford described the quarter as another record period and said it marked the sixth consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth in Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA.
Westrock maintained its 2026 Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA outlook of $90 million to $100 million and gave preliminary 2027 guidance of about $130 million. The company said it could not reconcile its Adjusted EBITDA forecasts with forecasted GAAP net income or loss without unreasonable effort.
