3D Systems Sets Q4 2026 Revenue Outlook at $100 Million to $103 Million
Adjusted EBITDA is forecast to range from a $2 million loss to break-even, following third-quarter revenue of $99.3 million.

3D Systems expects fourth-quarter 2026 revenue of $100 million to $103 million, with adjusted EBITDA ranging from a $2 million loss to break-even. The outlook reflects variability in customer orders and defense programs, as well as less-concentrated printer-material orders.
Third-quarter 2026 revenue was $99.3 million, and adjusted EBITDA was $3.1 million. Revenue rose 10.9% from a year earlier when excluding software businesses divested in 2025.
Management expects typical fourth-quarter hardware seasonality to return, though it may be more muted this year. It also cited changes in customer-order timing and defense-program schedules as factors in quarterly variability.
3D Systems launched an at-the-market equity program, and management described a planned note exchange. The measures are intended to strengthen the company’s capital structure and support growth investments. Management characterized the equity program as optional and said it wants capital available for investment opportunities.
