Uniti Group Inc. (NASDAQ: UNIT) will report third-quarter 2026 results before Nasdaq trading opens Monday, Nov. 9, with its July outlook calling for revenue of $840 million to $855 million.

The revenue range is below the $909.7 million Uniti generated in the second quarter. Adjusted EBITDA, a non-GAAP measure, is projected at $290 million to $305 million, also below the $357.1 million reported for Q2. The company recorded a $155.9 million net loss in the quarter.

The July outlook also projected full-year 2026 revenue of $3.63 billion to $3.68 billion and a net loss of $480 million to $530 million. Adjusted EBITDA was forecast at $1.45 billion to $1.50 billion, with net interest expense of $805 million.

Uniti’s Fiber Infrastructure segment generated about $2.2 million in monthly recurring revenue from new bookings during Q2, its highest quarterly level on record. President and CEO Kenny Gunderman linked the bookings to demand from hyperscalers and neocloud providers: “Our robust bookings continue to be fueled by the strong demand we are seeing from hyperscalers and neocloud providers…”

Uniti operates about 240,000 fiber route miles across 47 states. Its businesses include consumer fiber broadband, wholesale fiber infrastructure and business connectivity services. The earnings call is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. ET (13:30 UTC) Monday.
