Strive Reports $509 Million Q3 Net Income, Including $534 Million Unrealized Bitcoin Gain
The Bitcoin gain was noncash. Revenue rose 74.7% to $2.696 million, largely from medical device business added after the Semler Scientific merger.

Strive posted $509 million in net income for the third quarter of 2026, driven largely by a $534 million unrealized, noncash gain on its Bitcoin (BTC) holdings.
The net income compared with a net loss of about $207 million in the same quarter a year earlier. The Bitcoin gain was unrealized and noncash, reflecting a gain not realized through a sale.
Revenue increased 74.7% year over year to $2.696 million. The increase largely came from medical device business added after Strive completed its merger with Semler Scientific earlier this year.
Strive bought 8,136 BTC during the quarter at an average price of $78,885 per coin. On Sept. 30, its holdings totaled 28,000 BTC, with a fair value of about $2.34 billion.
The company ended the quarter with $285 million in cash and cash equivalents. It also recorded a $14.65 million impairment after ending a medical device research and development project.
