AGNT, Inc.’s board declared a $0.05-per-share fourth-quarter dividend for shareholders of record Nov. 20, with payment expected Dec. 4, the company disclosed Nov. 5.

The board acted Oct. 23. AGNT also paid a $0.05-per-share dividend for the third quarter on Aug. 28.
