Premium Brands Targets $10 Billion in Sales and $1 Billion in EBITDA by 2027
A procurement initiative at Stampede is expected to start in Q1 2027 and could generate $25 million to $30 million in annual savings.

Premium Brands Holdings Corporation is targeting $10 billion in sales and $1 billion in EBITDA by the end of 2027, while pursuing procurement changes that could lower costs at Stampede.
The company has $170 million in confirmed business launching through the fourth quarter and into 2027, alongside more than $900 million in initiatives under development. Management expects new initiatives to contribute about 70% of 2027 growth, with run-rate growth accounting for the other 30%. It cautioned that launch timing remains uncertain.
A procurement initiative at Stampede is expected to begin in Q1 2027 and could produce $25 million to $30 million in annual savings. Stampede softness and a customer promotion shifted from the third quarter to the fourth contributed to Specialty Foods sales falling about $20 million below plan and a CAD 12 million EBITDA shortfall. Management also expects protein deflation to support fourth-quarter results.
The targets follow Premium Brands’ third-quarter results, which included C$2.4 billion in revenue from continuing operations.
