Accendra Health expects 2026 adjusted EBITDA to fall as much as 30% below its previous $310 million midpoint as it reorganizes commercial operations and forecasts revenue at the bottom of its earlier range.

The company expects 2026 revenue at the bottom end of its prior $2.45 billion to $2.55 billion range. Fourth-quarter adjusted EBITDA is expected to be comparable with the third quarter.

The commercial reorganization targets customer friction, slower order intake, uneven sales execution and low use of electronic prescribing. Accendra Health has not quantified the initiatives’ expected financial impact or timing.

The company characterized its liquidity as strong, with nearly $300 million in available liquidity sources. It had $27 million in cash, $35 million drawn on its revolving credit facility and $1.73 billion in net debt.
