Parkit Enterprise Inc. posted a third-quarter net loss of C$1.68 million, or C$0.12 per share, as higher revenue from retained properties was offset primarily by an unrealized loss on its PROREIT investments.
The company had net income of C$1.32 million, or C$0.09 per share, in the year-earlier quarter. Its PROREIT investments recorded an unrealized gain in that period.
Revenue from retained properties rose 18% year over year to C$6.33 million for the quarter ended Sept. 30. For the first nine months of 2026, that revenue increased 15% to C$18.27 million.
Funds from operations, a non-IFRS measure, climbed 18% to C$2.64 million in the third quarter.
