Full House Sets 2027 Chamonix EBITDA Target at $10M to $20M
The company is pursuing annual EBITDAR above $100 million at American Place, where a permanent casino project depends on refinancing.

Full House Resorts is targeting $10 million to $20 million in 2027 EBITDA at Chamonix while seeking annual EBITDAR above $100 million at American Place, a project tied to refinancing.
At Chamonix, the company expects lower expenses to support its 2027 goal. Its cost changes include adjusting labor, discontinuing room service, moving housekeeping in-house and reducing marketing. Full House expects further growth to require additional revenue.
Full House recorded $81.8 million in third-quarter revenue, a 4.9% year-over-year gain; adjusted EBITDA was $14.6 million, down from $14.8 million. EBITDA rose 18% in the Midwest and South segments. American Place set a quarterly record, and Silver Slipper increased adjusted EBITDA by 13.6%.
Full House is also pursuing annual EBITDAR above $100 million at American Place. The permanent casino project depends on a refinancing package that includes a new $100 million credit facility, $315 million in third-party funding and replacement bonds.
Management cited difficult credit-market conditions, and little site work had begun at American Place. The project’s financing remains a condition for moving ahead with the permanent casino.
