CECO Environmental Sets Q3 Results for Nov. 9 After Thermon Deal
The report will cover the first full quarter after CECO acquired Thermon on June 1. Its earnings call is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. ET (13:30 UTC).

CECO Environmental will release third-quarter 2026 results before U.S. markets open Monday, Nov. 9, giving investors the first full-quarter view of the industrial company’s operations since its acquisition of Thermon. The company scheduled a conference call for 8:30 a.m. ET (13:30 UTC).
The report follows CECO’s second quarter, which ended June 30 and was its first as a combined business after the June 1 acquisition. CECO released those results in August. The company serves industrial air, industrial water and energy-transition markets.
For the second quarter, CECO reported revenue of $285 million, orders of $798.5 million and a backlog of $1.8191 billion. It recorded a $34.8 million net loss attributable to CECO, including $45.5 million in acquisition and integration expenses. Diluted GAAP earnings were a loss of $0.80 per share, while non-GAAP diluted earnings were $0.47 per share.
CECO raised its 2026 outlook in August, setting a revenue range of $1.3 billion to $1.375 billion and an adjusted EBITDA range of $200 million to $225 million. It also forecast free cash flow conversion of at least 55% of adjusted EBITDA.
Chairman and CEO Todd Gleason said in August, “Our third quarter has started very well – with no slowdown in booked projects and sales opportunity discussions proceeding as expected.”
Estimates ahead of the report included $0.61 in adjusted earnings per share and revenue of $398 million. Other estimates listed earnings per share of $0.59 and revenue figures between $399.30 million and $399.64 million. The earnings measures differ, so the EPS figures are not directly comparable; estimates are not company guidance.
CECO’s results are due before the market opens Monday, Nov. 9, with the conference call scheduled for 8:30 a.m. ET.
