SpaceX CFO Forecasts First-Quarter 2027 Revenue of $33 Billion to $37 Billion
Third-quarter revenue rose 161% year over year to $14.575 billion, with Super Intelligence generating $7.560 billion.

SpaceX Chief Financial Officer Bret Johnsen forecast total company revenue of $33 billion to $37 billion for the first quarter of 2027, adding a quarterly benchmark to the company’s 2027 annual recurring revenue outlook.
Johnsen gave the forecast during SpaceX’s Oct. 20 earnings call. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 rose 161% from a year earlier to $14.575 billion. The first-quarter range applies to companywide revenue.
Super Intelligence generated $7.560 billion in third-quarter revenue, ahead of Connectivity at $5.248 billion and Space at $1.767 billion. It was SpaceX’s largest of three reported segments by revenue.
Johnsen also projected fourth-quarter capital expenditures of $35 billion to $40 billion. SpaceX spent $19.593 billion on capital expenditures in the third quarter, including $16.444 billion for Super Intelligence.
At Sept. 30, SpaceX had 1.7 gigawatts of nameplate compute capacity. The measure uses installed GPUs and their full power ratings; it does not show electricity actually consumed or how much of that capacity was in use.
