Helios Technologies lifted its 2026 sales projection to $895 million to $902 million after reporting a record quarter, stronger orders and market-share gains as it continues integrating Radio Sound.

Management connected the higher range to a record quarter, continued order strength and market-share gains. The company also forecast a full-year adjusted EBITDA margin of 20.2% to 20.4%.

Management said price increases have offset cost inflation, while inflation and electronics availability remain concerns.

President, CEO and Director Sean Bagan said third-quarter sales, earnings and cash flow exceeded the company’s outlook and were higher than a year earlier. “Our third quarter results exceeded our outlook as we delivered higher sales, earnings and cash flow compared to the prior year,” Bagan said.

Faster secured its first data center thermal-management order. More than 30 potential customers are evaluating Helios products, and management expects growth to come through multiple smaller wins.
