Century Aluminum Company expects adjusted EBITDA of $275 million to $300 million in the fourth quarter of 2026. Improved volume and sales mix are expected to partly offset lower prices and higher raw-material costs.

The company said material financing terms for its Oklahoma smelter project are largely agreed. The power contract is moving into final documentation, while permitting and community concerns remain under discussion.

The project’s revised environmental plan commits to reducing permitted fluoride emissions by 37%. CEO Jesse Gary described the third quarter as “the return to full capacity across our assets for the first time in over a decade.”
