A10 Networks raised its fiscal 2026 revenue growth outlook to about 16% and set longer-term targets, projecting $500 million in organic revenue and $2.00 in non-GAAP earnings per share by fiscal 2029.

The new growth outlook, announced Nov. 5, compares with the company’s previous forecast of 12% to 14%. For fiscal 2026, A10 also projects a non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA margin above 30% and diluted non-GAAP earnings per share of $1.08 to $1.10, which would represent growth of 20% to 22% from 2025.

For fiscal 2029, A10 aims to grow annual revenue organically to $500 million and reach $2.00 in non-GAAP earnings per share. The revenue target implies a 14% compound annual growth rate and includes the accounting impact of a warrant agreement with the company’s largest customer.

A10 posted $91.5 million in revenue in the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2026, a 22.6% increase from a year earlier. For the first nine months of 2026, revenue increased about 17.4% to $246.7 million, from $210.2 million in the same period of 2025.

A10 serves more than 7,000 customers worldwide with tools for securing applications and networks. The company cautioned that supply-chain issues, delayed customer orders and other risks could cause actual results to differ from its projections. Its non-GAAP measures exclude specified items and may not be comparable with similarly titled measures from other companies.
