POMDOCTOR Meets Nasdaq’s $1 Bid Rule as Two Listing Deficiencies Remain
POMDOCTOR said Nasdaq canceled a Nov. 12 hearing; the remaining market-value requirements have deadlines of April 26, 2027.

POMDOCTOR LIMITED said Nasdaq confirmed on Nov. 5 that its Class A ordinary shares met the $1 minimum bid-price requirement under Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). The company said Nasdaq canceled a Hearings Panel session scheduled for Nov. 12, and its shares will continue trading under ticker POM.
POMDOCTOR said Nasdaq notified it Oct. 6 that its closing bid had stayed below $1 for 30 consecutive business days, from Aug. 24 through Oct. 5. The Nov. 5 confirmation resolves that bid-price issue, but it does not address two other listing deficiencies that POMDOCTOR disclosed separately.
The company said Nasdaq notified it Oct. 28 that it fell below the $50 million market value of listed securities standard and the $15 million market value of publicly held shares standard. Those notices covered 30 consecutive business days from Sept. 16 through Oct. 27. POMDOCTOR has until April 26, 2027, to meet each requirement.
