NI Holdings, Inc. recorded basic earnings of $0.27 per share in the third quarter, after a $0.08-per-share loss in the year-earlier quarter. Gross premiums written came to $54.3 million, a 7.2% decline year over year.
Net investment income totaled $2.7 million, down 10.7% from the prior-year quarter.
