Goldman Sachs BDC declared a $0.32-per-share dividend for the fourth quarter and repurchased about $15 million in shares during the third quarter as its net asset value declined.

The base dividend matches the company’s third-quarter non-GAAP net investment income of $0.32 per share, detailed in third-quarter results. The company repurchased the shares under a plan authorizing up to $75 million in buybacks.

Net asset value fell to $11.70 per share as of Sept. 30, from $12.06 at the end of June. Net debt-to-equity also declined over that period, to 1.21x from 1.35x.
