Maxus Mining Seeks C$1.25 Million in Flow-Through Share Offering
Proceeds would go toward eligible Canadian exploration expenses, and the placement requires approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Maxus Mining announced Nov. 6 that it plans to raise up to C$1.25 million through a non-brokered private placement of as many as 3,125,000 flow-through shares at C$0.40 each. The proposed financing would support eligible exploration expenses on the company’s Canadian projects.
Each offered security would be a single common share with flow-through treatment under Canada’s Income Tax Act. Maxus plans to renounce qualifying expenditures in favor of subscribers effective Dec. 31, 2026.
The placement remains subject to required conditions and approvals, including approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), a Canadian trading venue. The shares are to be offered under prospectus exemptions in Canadian provinces and would have a statutory hold period ending four months and one day after closing.
Maxus has a mineral exploration portfolio covering approximately 16,490 hectares in British Columbia. The company closed a separate flow-through placement in 2025, issuing 2,364,091 shares at C$1.10 each for gross proceeds of C$2,600,500.10.
