Sunstone projected a 2027 quarterly dividend distribution requirement of $0.11 to $0.12 per share. Its updated outlook also includes higher adjusted EBITDAre and RevPAR growth forecasts.
Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. raised its 2026 outlook Nov. 6, lifting its forecast for FFO and projecting a 2027 quarterly dividend requirement of $0.11 to $0.12 per share.
The lodging real estate investment trust now expects FFO of $1.00 to $1.03 per diluted share in 2026. It also forecast adjusted EBITDAre of $254 million to $259 million and revenue per available room growth of 9.5% to 10.5%.
Sunstone’s 2027 estimate describes a quarterly distribution requirement. It is separate from the board-authorized $0.09 common dividend, which is payable Jan. 15, 2027.
